TOYOTA Rent a Car offers a

24-hour customer support service. 

If you have any issues with the vehicle currently in use,

please feel free to use the 24-hour multilingual online support service.



The Customer Service Center provides support in multiple languages

(English, Chinese, Korean, Thai)

so you can drive with confidence even if unexpected situations arise as below: 



Not sure how to deal with breakdowns/accidents

✅In the event of incorrect fueling 

✅Unclear about Japan's traffic regulations

✅Expecting a delay in returning vehicle, etc.

QR code will be provided at the pick-up shop.

In order to use this service, you must register your contact information when picking up your vehicle.
